Who pays for fines conducted during the rental period?

Borrowers pay for fines plus administration charges, as long as these fines were conducted within the rental period, as set in FriendyCar’s Terms of Service.

Car owner should upload the fines during the settlement process, once the borrower confirms, the money will be deducted from his deposit and paid out to the car owner.

In case of disagreement between borrower and owner, the borrower can dispute and the case will be escalated to FriendyCar to judge fairly.
