Do I pay any cancellation fees if I canceled my rental request?

You can cancel any request without any penalty before confirming and making the payment. Even after confirming and making the payment, if you cancel 24 hours or more before the borrowing start date, you will also not be charged any cancellation fees. After confirming the request and making the payment, if you cancel within 24 hours before the borrowing start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee as per our Terms of Service.
