You can cancel any request without any penalty before confirming and making the payment. Even after confirming and making the payment, if you cancel 1 day or more before the borrowing start date, you will also not be charged any cancellation fees. After confirming the request and making the payment, if you cancel within 1 day before the borrowing start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee as per our Terms of Service.
