2. Purpose and Contractual Documents

The purpose of these Terms is to define the terms and conditions under which Users may access and use the Services.

These Terms are only intended to govern the relations between FriendyCar and the Users. The relations between Borrowers and Car Owners are governed by the Borrowing Agreement. FriendyCar is a publisher of business networking software, and is not a party to the Borrowing Agreement between the Borrower and the Car Owner. FriendyCar does not lend out Vehicles either by the Website, the App, the Services, or by any other means, and has no activities other than that of connecting Users to each other for the purpose of Vehicle borrowing.

The Car Owner doesn’t make any profit of lending his/her Vehicle to the Borrower. And any fees paid by the Borrower is a contribution towards covering the Vehicle cost including: depreciation, maintenance, insurance, ...etc.

The User represents that he/she has received all necessary information and technical features prior to accessing and using the Services.

Users may not access the Services without first reading and accepting these Terms upon registering with the Website.

These Terms constitute the Parties’ entire agreement regarding the Services at the time the User accesses and uses the Service. The Parties are bound only by these Terms.
