14. Personal Data and Policy on the Use of Cookies

Any data that has been communicated to us via the online form or through the exchange of email may be added and stored by FriendyCar in a database managed and administered by FriendyCar. Consequently, by providing us with private information and agreeing to send it to us via the online forms, or by sending us emails containing private information, the User is expressly authorizing FriendyCar to store and use his/her data. In accordance with the law, this authorization may be revoked at the User’s request (without retroactive effect).
